In 1992, Dr. Barbara Shor, left veterinary medicine to focus on animal communication and has been an animal communicator ever since.

In fulfillment of a lifelong dream, Barbara spent a year in East Africa working with wildlife in their natural environment.
Realizing there is so much more to animals than simply their physical bodies, she wanted to know who they are as spiritual beings. What do they think? How do they feel? What do they know?
This led her to pursue a path of intuitive interspecies animal communication.
Barbaras’s first book, Soul of the Wild: Intimate Messages from the Hearts and Souls of Elephants and Whales was published in 2010. She is about to publish her second book, The Wisdom of Elephants.
